- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff working at this branch is very unprofessional and lack basic knowledge of their own processing system. They will give you the wrong answers for hold. For ex. a rep told us that 400 bucks deposited in CASH at the ATM is on hold cause its outside the branch and we empty it out after close and that cash will be available the next morning !They never reply to voicemails left for them, even if they pick up, they will tell you that they are with a client and will call you back which the never do. There are multiple people working at the branch but only one person actually handling clients. The rest would stand pretending as if they are working but are actually not.
